School Holidays

LOCATIONS, TIMES & COSTS:
MANLY: Morning Beach session: $60 (9am – 12)
HPSC CENTRE: Afternoon Gym/skate session: $60 (12 – 3pm)
MANLY & HPSC: All day surf, skate & gym: $110 (9am – 3pm)
4 Days of Surf, Skate & Gym from 9 – 3pm: $400

For the “ALL DAY” kids, transport will be provided by Manly Surf School from beach to the HPSC Centre. Parents drop off at Long Reef and pick up HPSC.

What to bring: lunch & water, sunscreen, wetsuits, board and comfortable gym gear and shoes. Also a USB key for downloading photos.

AFTER SCHOOL
Elite Programs

In the Gym:

Afterschool Gym and skate sessions start in the second week of school. The first half of the lesson is a circuit with body-weight exercises designed to increase core strength and balance needed for surfing. The final half hour is spent on the skate ramp practicing drop-ins, turns and for more advanced – aerial moves.

Classes run Mondays to Thursdays from 16:15 to 17:15 at our High Performance Surf Centre in Cromer (Unit 8 Villers Place, Cromer 2099)

The cost for an 8 week term is $160pp for one session per week or $20 per week for a casual session

At the Beach:

Elite and Advanced Elite Programs will run for the full 8 weeks also starting in week 2 of the term.  Each lesson is filmed during the lesson and then reviewed at the end to discuss each manouvre and how it can be improved.

Cost for this program is $280pp.

The HPSC Personal Training facility provides a personal environment with quality equipment to improve all aspects of sports specific fitness. Importantly, our qualifiied Personal Trainers work on pillar strength (hip, shoulder and core stability) to improve performance for a range of sports.

Prices (Indoor Training)
With multiple gym based training options to suit your needs, you will get the results you need to improve your sports performance, assist with weight loss or rehabilitation.

  • Unlimited sessions per week: $30.00 (Direct debit)
  • Casual Session: $20.00
  • 10 Visit Pack: $180.00

Personal Training Sessions:
$90.00 per hour

If you need that extra motivation and an individualised program then the Personal Training sessions will help you achieve your specific health and fitness goals.

Kids
Kids classes are $180 for a 10 week program( 10 sessions), or $160 for 8 weeks ( 10 sessions).
